We started with Core Properties, buying and managing multifamily housing in California, where growing companies and communities need more places to live.
​
We expanded into investing in areas including: technology, healthcare, and media, including companies powering the AI economy.
​
Through Illuminate Consult, we work alongside investors, founders, and teams to solve problems, strengthen operations, and grow their businesses.
​
Our goal is simple. We give more people access to housing, capital, and the partners and relationships that help them scale.

why we built the III Ventures platform
I've been the youngest person in the boardroom. I've been the only woman. I've seen how easily a good idea can be overlooked when the person behind it doesn't fit expectations.
As a CEO and an operator across industries, I've watched talented founders struggle to get funding, introductions, or someone willing to take them seriously. I've also learned how much it matters to have a partner who listens, challenges you, and follows through.

That experience shaped III Ventures. I wanted to be the partner I wished I’d had. I wanted to offer others opportunities like those who opened doors for me.
​
I heard hundreds of no’s before I got the yes's that changed my path. I kept going, but I wanted others to have a shorter road: access to a home, capital, and people who believe in them, so they can build their lives, grow their businesses, and do work that matters.
We bring capital, operating experience, and relationships to help founders build strong businesses. We work alongside them on decisions, make introductions, and help them navigate growth, execution, and exits. We also help investors find founders who can turn investment into results.
I'm especially committed to founders whose backgrounds have too often kept them out of the room. They deserve a fair look, with institutional work that gets them the yes faster, and support that matches their ambition.
