11.2 Advisory and Studio Services
Illuminate provides advisory, operational, and venture studio services pursuant to executed written agreements only. No advisory or studio services are provided through the Site, and nothing on the Site constitutes an offer to provide such services. Illuminate expressly disclaims any liability for actions taken by any person, company, or third party based on information available on the Site or in any Materials.
